Section
3 ~ About AmeriplanThe
name of the company is AmeriplanUSA.....we are the #1 discount health
and dental company in the entire United States. Our main corporate
office is located in Plano, TX, which is just right outside of
Dallas, but the rest of us work out of our homes. We now have 50,000
homeworkers spread out all across the United States. Ameriplan
is 20 years old now and we are huge. You are welcome to do as
much research on us as you like. You can find us on the BBB
with an A+, we're with the Chamber of Commerce, National Association
of Dental Plans, Consumer Health Alliance. You can watch
specials on us on Good Morning America and 60 Minutes and... you can
find us in the Dallas Business Journal, Wall Street Journal, and the
New York Times.
Section
4 ~ About the PositionsNow
as homeworkers, we have 2 different positions you can choose
from.....right after getting started, we are all trained right to
work both positions because the company wants us to understand
everything. Then after your training is done you can choose.
Most of us work both positions because it's more money, but if for
some reason you don't like one or just want to focus on only one, you
can do that.
**The
first position is called the training specialist/ recruiter. If you
choose to work this one you will be helping other people to work from
home. So you're trained to interview people, explain the company to
them and answer any questions they have to see if this is what
they're looking for, AND to find out if they will be a good fit for
our team. With this one you're enrolling other people
to work from home, helping them get started with their training,
answering their questions, and getting them out there working.
**The second position is called the benefits specialist. With this position you would be trained to enroll groups or individuals into the different membership packages that we offer. Our plans range from $12.95 /mo. to $150 /mo. No other company out there can even compete with the low-cost packages we offer or the great savings people receive up to 80% when using our plans. Our plans have no deductibles, no waiting period, and we accept all pre-existing conditions. With this position, we get a chance to help so many people that need to save money on healthcare.

Our
packages are not insurance, we are discount plans. This gets us
around any insurance licenses, and we don't have any tests to take.
We just go through the training program and get started working.
Both
positions are completely flexible....we set our own hours and days.
We never have to make cold calls or have home parties, and we're
definitely not high-pressure sales people. We simply talk to people
who have already requested information about our plans or about
working from home just like I am talking to you. How do you see
yourself working with Ameriplan?
Section
5 ~ Getting the Word Out (advertising)There
are alot of different ways to work our positions... you can choose to
work locally....our team provides us with business cards, brochures,
and flyers for you to use for free.. those are a template in the
computer, so all you would need to do is print those up and use them
to work around town. Some people like to put ads in the newspaper or
penny saver. You can put lettering on your car or even stick a sign
in your front yard. The company will also provide you with
several customized websites so you can also choose to work online
like me. I like working online just because it's huge, there's so
much you can do, you can reach the entire country, and there
are so many people out there looking. I also provide free ongoing
leads to everyone on my team.
Section 6 ~ The TrainingHaving a basic knowledge of the computer and how to send and receive emails is a must in order to get you started, but other then that, our training program and leaders will help you learn the rest. All of our training is done by the internet, email, and by phone. We have a very thorough training web site that covers the 6 steps to get you started working...you'll just go through the steps one by one, read the information and click on and listen to the audios. It takes about 10 hours on average to complete the 6 steps and however you want to break that up is fine. We also have daily training calls, where you get on live with the team, ask questions and learn from the leaders in the company. You'll also be working one-on-one with me as your personal coach to help you. We all work together as a team and that's the reason for our huge success.
Section 7 ~ The PaySo, that is what we do here at AmeriPlan. Now, here is how we get paid. With AmeriPlan, the homeworkers are paid two ways. We receive upfront pay. When you enroll someone into the packages or to work from home, as soon as their application clears, corporate will cut you a check and send it right away to you by mail. As you do your research on us, one of the biggest things we're known for is having daily pay. Our corporate office cuts checks 5 days a week. So as soon as you do business, you're getting paid for it. Along with receiving upfront daily pay, you will also receive a check on the 18th of each month that inludes every person you have ever enrolled over time. The fun part of residual pay is that you only need to do the work one time and you will get paid over and over for it. You will continue to receive a portion of that same person's monthly membership dues month after month, year after year. If you enroll 10 members a month, after your first month your residual will be based on 10 members, after 3 months, your residual will be based on 30 members and after 6 months your residual will be based on 60 members. Pretty cool huh?
Now
let me go ahead break down our pay structure so you can understand
exactly how you'll be getting paid.
We
have three different levels of income for our home reps. You will
receive upfront pay and monthly residuals no matter which level you
are on.
As
a Level One Rep, you will receive 40% upfront pay and then a
20% monthly residual income on every piece of business you put on the
books. The upfront commission will be between $6-$60 and the monthly
residual will be between $3-$30 for the same membership you enrolled
once.
As a Level Two Rep, you will receive 60% upfront daily pay and then 30% monthly residual on each piece of business. The upfront commission will be between $9-$90 and the monthly residual will be between $5-$45 for the same membership you enrolled once.
As a Level Three Rep, you will receive 80% upfront pay and 40% monthly residual on each piece of business. The upfront commission will be between $10-$120 and the monthly residual will be between $5-$60 for the same membership you enrolled once.

Section
8 ~ How to Get StartedWhat
determines your level in the company is just how you come in here...
As
at-home agents with Ameriplan, we all have a monthly broker fee that
covers everything that Ameriplan provides for us that enables us all
to be working out of our homes. Our corporate office is Located in
Plano Tx, and that building and all of it’s employees are there
just for us. When we enroll someone, corporate sends out the
packets, cards and does all the billing for us. We also get 5
icp websites that Ameriplan sets up and maintains for us, along with
an online business office website to input applications, check on
team members and earnings. You will also receive the benefits
for you and everyone in your house. We all pay our first broker fee
when we get started and then after that, as long as your residual
check is larger than your broker fee it's just payroll deducted from
that point on. We work with you to get that covered right away
so you never have to see it again.
We
have three different options or levels that you can choose from to
get started.
The
Level One option gives you that 40% upfront pay, 20% residual
commission, and then you also receive the benefit package for
everyone in your household which includes the Dental, Vision,
Prescription, Chiropractic, Legal, Financial, Identity Theft,
Roadside Assistance and AccessSaver Plans. Level one has a $50 per
month broker fee.
Our
Level Two option is basically the same as level one except it bumps
up the pay to 60% upfront pay, 30% residual commission, it gives you
all the benefits included in Level One, PLUS it adds on the full
medical plan The medical plan includes Dr visits, hospital advocacy
which has an average savings of 70-80 percent. It also includes the
Telemedicine benefit which is a 24/7 access to a Dr. Level two has a
$75 per month broker fee.
Level
Three is our advanced option....it includes the 80% upfront pay, 40%
residual commission, and it gives you every service that Ameriplan
has to offer for everyone in your house. It is everything from the
first two options plus grocery store coupons and additional savings
on golf and travel.
Level
three has a $150 per month broker fee.
You
are free to move around from level to level, so you can change your
mind and jump to another level at any time. We also have no
contracts with Ameriplan, so, if this is not for you, you can cancel
at any time with no penalty.
Included
in getting started, you will have a small yearly registration fee of
19.95/ year. This registration includes getting you set up in the
system, getting your business office and marketing sites up and
working. You will also receive a really nice kit of materials
in the mail including brochures, helpful materials, and all the forms
you will need.
What
did you like best about what we just covered? Tell me more about
that?
Do
you want to make a little income or a lot of income? What for?
At
your current job will it take you to be able to (list the needs,
strengths and goals they just gave you).
Where
do you see yourself getting started?
Tell
me what you are thinking? How do you feel about getting started? What
level makes the most sense for you and your family?
