Getting Into Profit Mode


I encourage you; don't wait until you know everything. Get into that "Ready, Aim, Fire" mentality. The way I learned this business was by printing out the scripts and using those as a guide for my presentation. Everything I needed to know about the company was on those scripts. Don't worry. Even if you don't know all the answers, that is okay. Be honest and say, "You know, that is a very good question, let me go and find out and I will get back to you with the answer.  What other questions do you have?" People appreciate honesty.

Be proud of the company you work with. You ARE working for the largest discount health benefits company nationwide! Don't work undercover! We help people, we don't hurt people. Be sure to shout it out loud every chance you get.

Some of our team members do not have very much time to work their AmeriPlan® business and that is okay. For example, we have some leaders that found AmeriPlan® while going to college and working outside the home, that started working with AmeriPlan® on a part-time basis and eventually fire their boss and work full-time with AmeriPlan®. If you really want to change the way you are living right now, it's funny how we always make time for the things that are important to us.

We will do whatever it takes to help you build and reach your dreams. Start doing little things everyday to grow your business. For example, while you are doing errands, drop off business cards, put flyers on high traffic bulletin boards, show people the magazine that AmeriPlan® was featured in. Keep track of your vehicle's mileage while you are doing errands and dropping off information about AmeriPlan®. Make sure you take advantage of the home office deductions!

Great, mine is too! I love to give people an opportunity to build something for their families. I know that you are never going to get wealthy working for other people. So, if we are going to work, why not build something for our children and our families that is willable and sellable?

There have been many successful people that have built their dreams through recruiting. One of my favorite articles is about an interview that 20/20 conducted with a very successful network marketer, Mr. Britt.

He was asked, "Mr. Britt, this business has obviously worked for you. What's your secret?" He replied, "There is no secret. I simply showed my business opportunity to 1200 people. 900 said, 'No.' and only 300 signed up. Out of those 300, only 85 did anything at all. Out of those 85 only 35 were serious, and out of those 35, 11 made me a millionaire."

If you knew without a doubt that if you talked to 1200 people like Bill Britt that you'd be a millionaire you'd probably start talking to everyone wouldn't you?

Well it's been proven over and over again in this business that if you do just that, you will succeed; it just depends on how bad you really want it.

Now that you truly see the power of helping people work at home, your goal is to get to $25,000 a year in lifetime repeat income. Here is a formula that if you follow, it works!

To achieve a $25,000 per year residual income:
Make 3 complete presentations per day, six days per week.
A complete presentation consists of: "Hello" to "Which package makes more sense to you?"
That's 18 presentations per week. Out of those, you will have enrolled at least 2 IBO's each week.
That's 8 new IBO's a month. Stick with the "3 a day presentations" and achieve a lifetime residual income of $25,000 in about one year!

To achieve a $50,000 per year residual income:
Make 5 complete presentations per day, six days per week.
Again, a complete presentation consists of: "Hello" to "Which package makes more sense to you?"
That's 30 presentations per week. Out of those, you will have enrolled at least 3 IBO's each week.
That's 12 new IBO's a month. Stick with the "5 a day presentations" and achieve a lifetime residual income of $50,000 in about one year!

Here are 3 simple steps to lean how to become a master recruiter. Why recruit? Because it's fun and all you need is your computer and phone to work.
  1. Listen to Master Recruiters make calls
    I would highly recommend listening to live prospecting calls. You will hear top ace recruiters talk about how they set appointments, overcome objections, and leave effect voicemails all while having fun! Top ace recruiters are masters of these techniques and you can learn the skills you need to build a huge homebased business.
  2. Grab a script
    You can visit http://www.freedomathomenewsletter.com/scripts.html you will see several scripts. You can also email me for my script. Grab a script that feels comfortable to you and let's learn it!
    Tip: If you are not comfortable giving out an entire presentation by yourself, that is okay. Simply learn how to set appointments. Set an appointment for your prospect to come and listen to our National recruiting call. Our NSDs will give your prospects information about our homebased company.  Or you can plug them into one of our other great recorded prospecting calls.  My recorded overview call is 646-653-1512; there are others that can be found on the training website as well.

    Tip: This method is called "earn as you learn" You are working and bringing prospects to the call and you are also earning.

    When you start scheduling appointments, keep in mind that not everyone is going to be ready to jump at the opportunity immediately and that is okay. Your job is to find out who is ready now and who wants to wait. Some people will not want to work hard to build a 6-figure income for the rest of their lives but know this, many will! This company will make sense to them like it has for over 70,000 people that work from home with AmeriPlan. People are looking for a better way. They don't necessarily love to wake up to the sound of the alarm clock, they don't like living paycheck to paycheck.

    We don't have to convince people to sell make-up or throw parties. We have a real service that people need.

  3. Grab some leads and get into profit mode

Great, I would highly recommend starting learning how to market the dental plan first. Our dental plan is very easy. The way I learned everything about the dental plan was by reading the brochure that came with my broker's kit.

Listen to a live dental/medical call - This call will cover everything you need to know concerning our benefits packages. It will also go over information on training your new members on how to use the plan

Tip for enrolling members: Use the 80% brochure to keep you on track. You can highlight the important aspects and use the brochure to help you deliver your presentation. You want to get the prospective member/broker to the point of using the benefits so they can start saving money. Say to them "Great, let's start using the card so you can start saving money right away," If you don't see the savings in 30 days, you will get your money back.

So get fired up! This is a simple business and you can do this. Start developing the skills you need to build a huge dynasty right from the comfort of your home. Start working on yourself. Go to our training site and look over at our Library Section. Decide NOW that you are going to be enthusiastic, and stick with it! You must decide to be enthusiastic and passionate about this business. If your prospects hear the enthusiasm in your voice, it's contagious and they will be drawn to the excitement.
